First, I used this product on my face for 3 noncancerous spots and I do recommend this product; however, I wish there were more instructions for do's and don'ts. What I wish I knew especially with my face 1) apply with a toothpick and nothing larger. Apply only 1 time and would not wipe with hydrogen peroxide (as some recommend) after your 24 hr wait but apply your after care salve directly over the hardened black salve and then place a band aid. The 3 spots were 1 brown mole, 1 red vascular spot and 1 raised soft pimple like growth under the skin. The pimple like spot was gone within a week with no marks or scar tissue. The brown mole is healing but created a deep hole with no scar tissue. The 3rd was a red vascular spot on my check. I applied the black salve with the end of a chopstick on this one and realized the next day I had way overdone it and kind of paid dearly for that mistake as the scab took forever to fall off and caused a much larger hole with alot of scar tissue to deal with. I realize I chose to do this on my own but hopefully can pass on to be careful with what you do especially with your face. The healing process may take many weeks to heal - maybe months, so consider that when choosing what you are doing with this product. Be faithful with your aftercare salve.

I am so very pleased with the way this black salve has helped me with a spot of skin cancer that I had on my forehead. This was the first time using this kind of product, but I have been researching it for a while now. It was totally painless and simple to use and my scab came off in 12 days. And there isn't and scar at all, just skin. I put it on five spots with a Q tip only, on my left arm, and covered with bandages. The next morning it was burning and I washed my arm and didn’t apply again. It was showing signs of redness with white on the edges. That indicates C. I am 75 years old with very thin skin, so I figured one application was plenty. I’m sure each person’s skin will be different. My aftercare consisted of half water and half 3% hydrogen peroxide, which I applied 3 times a day with a Q tip, followed by either vitamin e or your aftercare salve. It has been about three weeks since that application and each day it looks better. I did just order the Black Salve WITHOUT the DMSO to apply in the event that I needed to follow up with a dab of that. I also purchased the body wash and another aftercare salve. I am going to see a dermatologist on April 16 and I’ll keep you guys posted. I have been a sun worshiper all of my years and I am sure that I’ve got plenty for him to check out, not just my arms.

I bought this salve to correct an issue on my nose.

Put a small amount on a spot like patch of skin and within hours it started working. 3 weeks later, my skin is healed! It will cause a crater, so be advised, but if you follow the protocol and use the healing balm supplied, it heals up so fast!

I bought this product a few months ago but did not have the opportunity to use it till 2 weeks ago. I used it on a slow healing wound on my arm that had been there for some time and within 2 weeks it has healed over very nicely. The skin is looking perfect again.

Just a little dot is all you need. It works it's magic & you never have to re-apply. It does take awhile for the process, would not want to do more than one at a time.

I have put this on a suspicious spot on my nose but it reacted on a place next to it. It turned out that when I looked at various angles at my nose BEFIRE applying, there was a distinctive dip in that exact area. Whoa thought.
